My name is Sarah Cote. I have been a Fitness Trainer for over 6 years. My journey began as regular Mom who walked into the gym one day with a goal to lose a few pounds after having children. Little did I know that I would soon be in the best shape of my life and helping others to drastically improve their lives forever. I have spent endless hours educating myself on health and exercise. I received my certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a Personal Fitness Trainer and Corrective Exercise Coach. I personally train and compete as an athlete in Dallas and surrounding cities. I have always been an athletic individual since as long as I can remember. I played soccer for 14 years all the way through my senior year in high school. I played fast-pitched softball for 4 years before getting in to co-ed flag football with my husband. Together, he and I played for about 5 years prior to the birth of our two girls who are now 11 & 13 years old. Fitness is my passion. You are my priority.
